So, who am I and why am I here facilitating this program?
My name is Danielle Kitzes and I'm a Healing Mother of 2-expecting-a-3rd child, Spiritual Advisor and Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur, who has sought out to help womxn heal their underlying personal and intergenerational traumas through the consistent practice of spiritual rituals and science-based tools, in order to thrive personally and professionally.
Through my journey as a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, I have learned to follow my intuition, to break cycles, and to heal my way through my successes and failures, showing myself and our daughters a new way of be-ing. (They’ll have their own trauma to carry; they don’t need the weight of mine and their ancestors.)

But my successes didn't happen overnight!
I was in a powerful womxn’s business mastermind in the middle of this pandemic, after learning I was pregnant for the 3rd time, and I started to really investigate and explore even deeper the patterns and limiting beliefs that followed me from one career to another AND from one area of my personal life to another. (This is the trauma-based and ancestral layer to my Reiki healing that was missing!)
You see, I've been different my whole life. Identifying as an Empath, Medical Intuitive Medium, and Psychic amongst other things, I like to think "I've been Woo since 1982!"
Before I stepped into my power however, I was following patterns and beliefs passed down to me, like:

• The need to do everything on my own & not ask for help
I hadn't explored how I actually wanted to run my business and my life, away from everyone else’s opinions and expectations.
I was too busy trying to be as successful as everyone else and following their rules.

I hadn’t really looked within to connect with what my vision for balance and joy in my business could even look like or feel like.

Wait, what’s Reiki again?
Reiki is a non-denominational, Japanese Energy Healing modality that connects your energy force with the Universal life force. Some call it Love and Light energy or G-d energy.
Through a series of hand positions hovering or placed directly over your own body, you can scan your own energy field, receive healing energy from the Universal channel, and receive deep, intuitive messages AND answers to what may be ailing you, if you are open and ready to receive.
Reiki is akin to a spiritual or energetic massage to restore your energy and release what is no longer serving you so that you can develop a strong, healthy mind-body-and-spirit.
The more you practice this healing art on yourself, the more connected you become with yourself and your Intuition. And, the more you practice the 5 Reiki Principles, the more connected you become to the present moment, releasing anger and worry and practicing more kindness, gratitude and a work ethic in alignment with you.
This coaching program isn’t like any other program out there! We'll combine mindset work, journaling, and meditation, along with Reiki energy healing and training, shadow work, and intuition and spirituality development. It's tailored to YOU and your energy!

Who was I before Reiki?
You may be nodding your head, and still find yourself asking me, “But Danielle, how can you be so sure about this? How do you know that things won’t change and just get better?!”
I know because in 2016 after my spiritual awakening, I had:
Purchased thousands and thousands of Dollars worth of online programs...and then didn’t finished most of them or even do most of their work. (I literally spent thousands and thousands of dollars without any results!)
Bought ALL of the books, only to leave more than I’d like to admit collecting dust on my nightstand or the coffe table (Shelf help, anyone?)
Felt guilt and shame for not following through on my word (See the first 2 above). Even after initially feeling inspired and determined to finish these incredible programs and books, I didn’t...I felt like I couldn’t.
Stayed up until 1, 2, or even 3am scouring the Internet and Social Media for ALL of the free business content, all the Masterclasses, all the Challenges, all the Freebies only to find myself confused, overwhelmed and deflated before returning back to...You guessed it! Searching again for the answers.
Cycled back and forth between Motivation and Inspiration to some form of self-doubt, Imposter Syndrome, anxiety, overwhelm, depression…
Then I researched, created and integrated spiritual practices to get me through my last high-pressure career--forcing myself to stay in a toxic situation out of fear of losing my clout, losing my 6-figure salary and fear of what others would think of me.
But my spirit was calling and I knew I had to say Yes and follow the call to dramatically change industries. (Spoiler alert: there was still something missing.)
I finally felt huge relief and massive progress after training as a Reiki I Practitioner and then on as a Reiki Master Teacher Certification. It was in my Reiki training that I learned to connect with:
Myself deeply,
My past trauma,
The limiting beliefs and behaviors I learned from family that had been passed down after their own traumas
Looking at my life through a whole-istic and intergenerational lens opened me up to a deeper awareness of my thoughts, my feelings, my body’s responses/reactions and my behaviors. Beyond that, I learned to lean in to my own inner wisdom and chart my own path of success.
Not seeing many biracial, spiritual kids like me growing up, I learned at an early age to morph my identity to fit in, to "code switch.” And after seeing my immigrant mom struggle after my dad left our home at the age of 4, I made a commitment to make sure I would grow up to be rich without a man’s help, well-liked, successful, and meet all the acceptable "benchmarks" to prove my worthiness and make my parents proud.
I got good grades, tried to be the perfect daughter, got into a great university on a near full scholarship, only to watch it all slip away less than 2 years into my Bachelor’s program. I would flounder in and out of schools, inspired and motivated only to get trapped in the unhealed, self-sabotage cycle.
But, I was given an opportunity in my father's real estate business, and started to rise up the ranks and achieve the success I'd dreamed of as a child:
Owned a 2-Bedroom Condo in Metropolitan Los Angeles,
Earned great money,
Worked with phenomenal & prominent clients,
Found the love of my life and best friend,
Started my family in my 30s,
Negotiated the 8 figure sale of the family business
… Only I became tired and burnt out, working long hours, drinking too much, trying to manage (read "hide") my mental health challenges, and then trying to manage a series of physical ailments. The clincher was when I realized that I wasn't happy with this “dream life” I had built and that I had had enough. I felt like my energy was being drained by everyone around me-- it was!
Giving away my energy and boundaries to get everyone else’s approval and to achieve material success also meant I made decisions that left me riddled with shame (and debt!), imposter syndrome, lacking self-love, and full of self-doubt-- while living what looked like “my best life.”
What was “wrong” with me?
You might be thinking to yourself, “Is something wrong with me too?”
First, there was nothing “wrong” with me, just like there is nothing wrong with you, if you're struggling to feel satisfied in your life. The truth was I hadn’t yet explored how my own personal trauma and intergenerational trauma were holding me back!
Your healing journey, like mine, takes time and patience.
