On a personal and spiritual level, I have been practicing yoga since I was a young child, which developed flexibility in mind and body, patience, and truly hearing what it is you need. I hold space for you in each of our sessions which are Reiki-infused, bring to light any areas that are blocked, incorporate my fine-tuned intuition, and create a realistic and functional plan by incorporating various tools, resources and awakening to your own intuitive intelligence.
For my long-standing relationships we build a supportive foundation and establish a connection of mutual trust and respect to help you feel confident AND realize your goals while create a sustainable and positive change in your life overall. It is one of my greatest pleasures to connect with people across all industries and to build relationships, to offer guidance and to provide mentorship to fellow emerging female leaders across all industries. After just 1 phone call and applying the messages and tools I offered, 1 client (a Doula) went on to book her services and almost reach her goal of $10,000. Another client has gone on to write a book about infertility, requested to be a Keynote speaker on a forum in her industry, and balance motherhood with virtual schooling.

I invite you to schedule a 60-minute Consulting session via Zoom with me here. And, in full transparency, at the end of our call, I will ask you to check-in with yourself and if a long-term consulting plan would be best for you. So much change can occur after just 1 session! But a consistent system of support and accountability offers consistent, long-term results. I offer 3-month, 6-month or 12-month programs depending on your needs to fully realize the potential and growth within you and your business.**
